TEACH YOUR STUDENTS SWAMI KRIPALU'S TECHNIQUES
Learn to incorporate advanced breathing techniques and advanced postures into your classes, gaining confidence in your ability to create accessible and transformational yoga experiences. The combination of asana and pranayama is a unique practice that Swami Kripalu developed through his years of intense sadhana and then taught to his students and followers. Learn from BIPOC Kripalu faculty in an environment that centers the wisdom and experience of folks from the Global Majority.
In this training, you will learn:
- The principles of asana and pranayama
- Advanced breathing techniques and their applications
- Advanced postures and how to integrate in your practice
Prerequisites Participants must have any one of the following:
Current Kripalu School of Yoga 300-HR enrollee
Any 200-Hour Yoga Alliance registered teacher training
NOTE A 200-HR Yoga Alliance certificate will need to be presented before the start date. If no certificate is presented, the student will be unenrolled minus a $50 processing fee. To take as a standalone course or for currently enrolled Kripalu School of Yoga 300-HR students, use "BOOK NOW."
