THRIVE IN THE PERIMENOPAUSE TRANSITION

In today’s fast-paced, overstimulating world, midlife women face a perfect storm of challenges to cognitive and cardiovascular health. Hormonal shifts, environmental toxins, post-pandemic stress, and inflammatory diets all contribute to a rise in brain fog, anxiety, memory issues, and heart concerns during perimenopause and menopause. But there is good news: Integrative and traditional medical systems offer powerful, time-tested tools to support resilience, vitality, and clarity.

Join experienced facilitators Jennifer Boyd P.A., Scott Blossom L.Ac., and Kimberly Giunta for a nourishing retreat that blends modern science with embodied wisdom. Drawing from integrative medicine, yoga therapy, Ayurveda, and sacred ritual, this program is designed specifically for women navigating midlife transitions.

Together, we will:

  • Build a personalized toolkit for brain and heart health using functional medicine and integrative ayurveda.
  • Explore the science behind cognitive and cardiovascular shifts during perimenopause and menopause—and how to reverse or prevent decline.
  • Practice yoga, breathwork, and meditation to regulate the nervous system and restore clarity.
  • Learn traditional Ayurvedic self-care rituals for mental, emotional, and hormonal balance.
  • Engage in ritual and ceremony to honor midlife as a sacred threshold, not a medical problem.

You’ll leave with clear, customized recommendations for dietary, lifestyle, and emotional wellness—plus a deeper connection to your own wisdom and vitality.
