Step into the kitchen with Nicki Sizemore—culinary educator, acclaimed cookbook author, and creator of Mind, Body, Spirit, Food—for a hands-on workshop that blends intentional cooking with nourishing, whole food recipes to help you transform cooking into a spiritual practice of delicious self-care.

Throughout the weekend, Nicki will share stories, cooking demos, and lead you through mindfulness and intention setting through simple embodiment practices that bring deeper meaning to the act of preparing and enjoying food. Expect a warm, sensory-rich gathering designed to awaken the senses, engage the spirit, and reconnect you with the pleasure and presence of cooking and eating.

This retreat includes:

  • Intentional cooking grounded in mindfulness
  • Recipe-driven instruction from Nicki's upcoming book Mind, Body, Spirit, Food
  • Cooking demo observation
  • Delicious prepared tastings
  • Mindfulness prompts and practical embodiment techniques to elevate everyday cooking with intention-setting, grounding, and understanding the power of rituals

This program is perfect for home cooks, wellness and spiritual seekers, or anyone craving a deeper connection to how (and why) we cook. You will leave feeling grounded and empowered, ready to put theory into practice, integrate new insights, and experiment with recipes in your own kitchen.
