Tiger Bye

Tiger Bye is an international yoga professional, Oxygen Advantage® Master Instructor, and holds an MS in Health and the Public Interest from Georgetown University. As the cofounder of Better Yoga, she has created an innovative online sanctuary where yoga, breath training, and Ayurveda intersect to foster lasting transformation in movement, breath, and well-being.

With a deep specialization in breath optimization for yoga, Tiger teaches both functional breathing techniques and pranayama in 200-hour teacher trainings, equipping instructors with a science-backed, holistic approach. Her private breath coaching helps clients enhance fitness, sharpen focus, manage stress, improve sleep, and perform at their peak in high-stakes environments.

Beyond individual coaching, Tiger works with groups and corporate teams, reshaping postural and breathing habits to enhance both performance and overall well-being. Her mission is to bring awareness to unconscious patterns, empowering clients with the tools to unlock freedom through good alignment, intentional breathing, and sustainable movement.
