- Presenter: Monique Schubert
CALM, CLARITY & CONNECTION
Reset your priorities with a retreat dedicated to tools that will help you meet the moments that matter most with calm, clarity, and connection.
In this on-campus program, join Kripalu lead faculty as they introduce the core concepts of RISE™, Kripalu’s signature resilience-building program. Through accessible practices of meditation, breath, and gentle movement, learn how to:
- Navigate stress with skill to avoid burnout.
- Build positivity, productivity, and mental clarity.
- Improve stress resilience in the moment, and over time.
Anchored in the science and practice of mindfulness, yoga, and positive psychology, the RISE curriculum balances practice, research, and real-world application. Published research on RISE has shown that participants sustained boost in mindfulness, empowerment, and resilience, as well as a 32% reduction in day-to-day stress levels.
Return home more mindful and with experiences you can easily apply to your life.
