Reset your priorities with a retreat dedicated to tools that will help you meet the moments that matter most with calm, clarity, and connection. 

In this on-campus program, join Kripalu lead faculty as they introduce the core concepts of RISE™, Kripalu’s signature resilience-building programThrough accessible practices of meditation, breath, and gentle movement, learn how to:

  • Navigate stress with skill to avoid burnout.
  • Build positivity, productivity, and mental clarity.  
  • Improve stress resilience in the moment, and over time.  

Anchored in the science and practice of mindfulness, yoga, and positive psychology, the RISE curriculum balances practice, research, and real-world application. Published research on RISE has shown that participants sustained boost in mindfulness, empowerment, and resilience, as well as a 32% reduction in day-to-day stress levels.

Return home more mindful and with experiences you can easily apply to your life.

Presenter(s)

Sam Chase, MFA, E-RYT, author of Yoga and the Pursuit of Happiness, holds certificates in yoga and positive psychology from Kripalu and a master’s degree from Harvard.

Full Bio and Programs

Monique Schubert, MFA and lead Kripalu faculty member, uses her 20 years of experience as an artist and educator to develop yoga and mindfulness programs for schools, workplaces, and cultural institutions.
