THE HEALING POWER OF A SLOW YOGA PRACTICE

Vinyasa yoga done at a slower pace allows for a maximum understanding of alignment, transitions, and the medicine of a moving yoga practice. Slow vinyasa yoga ignites strength, joy, freedom, and profound personal shifts.

Join yoga teacher Coeli Marsh, an expert in alignment, psychology, and education, for a journey of deeper connection—to yourself and others. Reconnect through mindful movement and self-care as you:

  • Explore the primary benefits and therapeutic qualities of slow vinyasa yoga.
  • Discover how to maximize safety and develop adaptive technology in your postures.
  • Access the healing power of joy and humor during a challenging practice.
  • Experience restorative sequences to rejuvenate the body.
  • Hike the beautiful grounds of the Kripalu campus (optional).

Create a strong container for transformation as you sweat, laugh, and generate a blueprint for a lifetime of practice. Return home renewed, refreshed, and invigorated.

NOTE This program is suitable for all vinyasa yoga practitioners including those who want to start a slow vinyasa practice. Please note the room will be gently heated.
