This tridoshic yoga class led by the Director of Kripalu School of Ayurveda and Lead Faculty Erin Casperson explores a whole-body approach inspired by Ayurveda to bring balance to the three doshas—vata, pitta, and kapha.

Through a blend of grounding strength, smooth flow, and calming of the breath, the practice offers space to build stability, encourage circulation, and quiet the nervous system.

The pace is steady and mindful, inviting you to meet yourself where you are and adapt as needed. This class supports awareness, resilience, and connection to your natural rhythm.

NOTE: Please have handy the following items:

  • One yoga mat  
  • Two blocks  
  • One blanket  
  • One cushion
