Reclaim Your Story and Your Body

Remember Who You Have Always Been
How many stories are you carrying that were never yours? The ones that tell you to shrink, perform, or disconnect from your own knowing?
Together, we’ll unravel the narratives that keep us small. We’ll learn to trust the wisdom of our bodies again, even (and especially) when they're telling us difficult truths. Through storytelling, breathwork, movement, creative ritual and ceremony, and somatic practices, you’ll discover that your pain can be a teacher and greatest invitation, your story can be medicine, and your body has been on your side all along.
In this retreat, you will experience:
- Writing workshop
- Creativity exercises
- Breathwork
- Embodiment practices
- Nervous system work
- Meditation
This is for the truth-seekers, for anyone who's been told they're “too much” or “not enough.” For those carrying stories in their bodies—whether trauma, chronic pain, or cultural conditioning—who are ready to transform that weight into wisdom. If you've been performing your life instead of living it, if you’re exhausted from shapeshifting to fit others’ expectations, if you’re ready to stop apologizing for existing, this is for you.
You’ll leave knowing how to listen to your body’s language and trust its messages. You’ll have tools to identify when you’re performing versus being, and practices to return to yourself and your truth. You’ll develop a new relationship with the aliveness and expansiveness to your story, asking the hard questions out loud, learning to meet all the parts of you with deep self-compassion and dancing with every part of your body.
You wield the pen of your story. Come home to yourself and remember who you have always been.
