Strength and Honor Sadhana
Kripalu On Demand
Cultivate Inner Resilience
Strength and Honor Sadhana is an energizing, virtue-centered movement practice designed for modern life. Led by Kripalu Lead Faculty and KSMOL Founder, Micah Mortali, this on-demand class weaves together breath awareness, moral reflection, and functional, ancestral movement to cultivate physical strength, inner resilience, and embodied integrity.
You are invited to anchor the practice in a personally meaningful virtue—such as courage, patience, or non-attachment—and return to it throughout a dynamic sequence that blends yogic postures, primal movements, and strength-building holds.
Accessible yet challenging, this rewilding-inspired sadhana supports the recovery of movements often lost in sedentary life while offering a grounding, repeatable practice that can serve as a foundation for ongoing self-care.
NOTE: Please have ready one yoga mat, two blocks, optional blanket, and cushion.
