Through intentional movement and breath, we gently build heat to awaken sensation and presence. From there, we transition into longer held yin and restorative postures creating space for deeper listening and integration.
This class offers a grounded space to move, soften, and return to yourself, leaving you with practical tools to cultivate presence and connection in your everyday life.
