Therapeutic Yoga for Resilience
Cultivating safety and presence
Reconnect with Your Body’s Wisdom
Join Director of the Kripalu School of Integrative Yoga Therapy (KSIYT) Pamela Stokes Eggleston and KSIYT faculty Jen Stuart for a restorative weekend designed to support nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and gentle healing. This experiential program weaves together therapeutic yoga, somatic practices, and stress management tools to help you reconnect with safety, presence, and inner resilience.
In this retreat, you will:
- Enjoy grounding movement.
- Practice mindful breathwork.
- Experience guided relaxation techniques that cultivate stability and self-compassion.
- Deepen your understanding of how stress affects the body and mind through experiential exercises and reflective dialogue.
- Explore how an effective and embodied practice can support healing, integration, and empowerment.
This program offers a nurturing space for individuals seeking personal healing, as well as for helpers, clinicians, and yoga practitioners who wish to embody trauma-informed principles in their work. No prior yoga experience is required; all practices are invitational, accessible, and centered on choice.
Step into a supportive community, reconnect with your body’s wisdom, and discover tools you can carry into everyday life for greater regulation, clarity, and well-being.
