This moderate Kripalu yoga and meditation class led by Kripalu Lead Faculty Sam Chase blends foundational breathwork with slow, fluid warm-ups, punctuated by invitations to cultivate witness consciousness while sustaining classic Kripalu asanas. The class concludes with deep rest, pranayama, and meditation to integrate the introspective experience.
