Join yoga teacher and former Dean of the Kripalu School of Ayurveda, Larissa Hall Carlson, and Ayurvedic Practitioner and Certified Yoga Therapist, Kari Harendorf, for an informative, uplifting, and compassionate approach to the "when, what, and how" of eating to best optimize metabolism, digestion, elimination, and dosha balancing. 

Through experiential opportunities, Q&A, lectures and more, learn ancient wellness strategies for modern times, including:

The program is designed for anyone interested in incorporating gentle/intermediate yoga and Ayurveda into their wellness practices for healthy weight and wellness. No prior experience is necessary. All are welcome.
