Coming Home to the Self
Healing and wholeness through the Enneagram and Internal Family Systems
Soften Self-Judgment
So many of us move through life carrying old patterns, protective habits, inner conflicts, and tender stories we have not yet had the space to understand. The Enneagram offers a compassionate map of our core motivations, fears, and gifts, while Internal Family Systems invites us to listen deeply to the many “parts” within us that are trying to protect, guide, or heal.
This program is for anyone who feels called to deepen self-awareness, healing, and compassion through the wisdom of the Enneagram and IFS. It is especially for those who are ready to better understand their inner patterns, soften self-judgment, explore the protective parts of themselves, and reconnect with the calm, grounded wisdom of the authentic self.
In this program, you will experience a nurturing blend of teaching, reflection, guided inner exploration, and community connection. Main activities may include:
- Gentle teachings on the Enneagram as a map of motivation, protection, and transformation
- Introduction to Internal Family Systems and the language of parts, protectors, burdens, and Self-energy
- Guided reflective practices to help you identify and listen to your inner parts
- Journaling prompts for deeper personal integration
- Small-group and whole-group sharing in a compassionate, grounded container
- Somatic and contemplative practices to support presence and nervous system awareness
- Exercises that explore how Enneagram type and inner parts influence relationships, communication, and belonging
Leave with a deeper understanding of your Enneagram type, the inner parts that shape your thoughts and behaviors, and the ways these parts have tried to protect you throughout life. You will gain practical tools for self-inquiry, emotional regulation, compassion, and inner listening.
Meet yourself with tenderness, curiosity, and courage—and discover that healing begins when every part of you is welcomed home.
