Calm, Clarity, and Creativity

Join Kripalu faculty, Jon Orsini and Jess Frey, for an exploration of healing, radical self-care, and communal care through the medicine of breath and sound.

The simplest and most effective way to access and shift our nervous system is through our own breath. Combined with the harmonizing qualities of sound therapy, both become pathways to awakening, possibility, and intimacy—with the Self, others, and all of life.

Through somatic breathwork, meditation, sound healing, group dialog, reflective journaling, and more, you will:

  • Experience crystal bowls, chimes, and song to evoke vibrational therapeutic healing.
  • Participate in ceremonial breath and sound journeys.
  • Enjoy community connection time for sharing and integration.

Return home feeling more open and relaxed after a weekend of deep healing—with accessible tools to live a more alive, flowing, and authentic life.

Please Note Somatic Breathwork can be an intensive personal growth modality. It is not a substitute for psychotherapy. It is not appropriate if you are pregnant, have cardiovascular problems, including angina or heart attack, uncontrolled high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, a history of seizures, stroke, major psychiatric conditions, recent surgery, acute infectious illness or epilepsy. If you have any doubt about whether you should participate, please consult with your primary care physician. Persons with asthma should bring their inhaler and consult with their primary care physician.
