The Healing Power of Sound
Sound Bath Immersion
Our first experience of the world begins with listening. Long before birth, the ears begin to perceive vibration, attuning us to rhythm, tone, and the subtle language of sound. Join world-renowned sound therapist, meditation teacher, and author Sara Auster for a restorative weekend exploring the healing resonance of crystal singing bowls and the practice of deep listening.
Through immersive sound bath experiences, Sara will share how the pure, sustained tones of crystal singing bowls can guide the body and mind into states of deep rest and receptivity—similar to meditation or the early stages of sleep—where restoration and balance can naturally unfold.
This experiential program invites participants to explore sound as a contemplative practice through:
- An introduction to the therapeutic qualities of crystal singing bowls.
- Gentle vocal toning and deep listening exercises.
- Guided sound bath and sound meditation experiences.
- Reflection, conversation, and shared inquiry.
Together, we’ll explore how listening can become a pathway to presence—supporting relaxation, self-awareness, and a deeper connection to the body, mind, and environment.
