Join Kripalu faculty Emilie Reid for a weekend that nourishes your body, mind, senses, and soul through Ayurvedic cooking, self-care rituals, and guided meditation.

Together in community, you will:

  • Enjoy warm, simple, yet profound Ayurvedic recipes that reset and rejuvenate body and spirit in the Kripalu demo kitchen.
  • Discover the ancient ritual of abhyanga—the practice of anointing the body with warm oil—a cornerstone of self-care amidst stress and winter’s cold.  
  • Learn to offer yourself the gift of meditation—a tender space where you can find the rest and refreshment that your heart knows it needs.
  • Develop your own personalized self-care toolkit with practices that feel sustainable and nurturing, designed to support you long after the retreat ends.

Each recipe and practice becomes a tool for self-care, a way to show up for yourself. You'll leave feeling held, nourished, and with a deeper understanding of how to listen to your own needs and respond with compassion.
