Beginning with a breath meditation, this class integrates slow flow yoga and qigong, an ancient Chinese moving meditation, into a unified practice that balances the energies of heaven and earth while increasing strength, flexibility, and peace of mind. The class concludes with a chanting meditation.
Daniel Orlansky will guide you to explore the Taoist concept of “effortless flow” in qigong as well as ways to bring the same ease of motion into your yoga flow sequences.
