Alison M. Whitehead, MPH, C-IAYT, RYT 500, CPT, is a graduate and faculty member of the Kripalu School of Integrative Yoga Therapy. Alison is the program lead for integrative health in the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) where she leads program and policy development for the provision of complementary and integrative health services, including yoga, across the VHA system. In addition to training as a yoga instructor, yoga therapist, and mindfulness facilitator, Alison is a certified personal trainer. She is passionate about access to integrative health and well-being for all.
