Josh Young is Senior Vice President of Global Payments Partnerships at Citigroup. He has extensive experience in global partnerships, product development, loyalty programs and growth strategy. Prior to joining Citi, Josh held leadership roles at American Express, Bank of America, and TD Ameritrade.

He has served on nonprofit boards supporting early education in New York City public schools and higher education at the University of New South Wales, contributing to capital campaigns, scholarship funding, alumni engagement, and long-term strategic planning.

Josh has been visiting Kripalu for more than 20 years and considers it to be an integral part of his life. He looks forward to increasing the awareness of Kripalu’s mission on campus, digitally and in communities.

Josh has an MS from New York University and a BS from Syracuse University. He lives in Brooklyn, NY, with his wife and three children.
