Judy Kushner-DeGroot trained in 1981 with Robert and Judith Gass, founders of Opening the Heart Workshop™ (OTH) and has presented  at Spring Hill, Kripalu, and Omega Institute.  Judy trained with Imago relationship therapy creator Harville Hendrix, and led OTH for couples. She codesigned a second-level couple’s workshop with Al, her husband of 48 years. Judy works with individuals, couples, and the LGBTQIA+ community. Judy is a life and relationship coach with a solution-oriented, problem-solving approach.  Her intuitive nature and practicality help provide tools for managing everyday life challenges.
