Nandini Austin is Director of Luminary at Kripalu, where she leads the development of exceptional presenter talent and experiences that bring extraordinary teachers, thinkers, authors, and emerging voices to the Kripalu community.

With more than 25 years of experience across luxury hospitality, experiential strategy, events, marketing, and relationship development, Nandini brings a unique perspective to creating experiences that are both meaningful and memorable. Her career includes leadership roles with the iconic Morgans Hotel Group and work with the David Lynch Foundation, where she helped bring Transcendental Meditation to communities.

Her work at the intersection of hospitality, wellness, and human connection is also informed by her own journey into Ayurveda and embodiment. A certified Ayurveda Health Coach and dynamic dance movement guide, Nandini is passionate about making ancient wisdom practical, accessible, and relevant to modern life.

At Kripalu, she is focused on discovering and developing inspiring voices, strengthening relationships with presenters and their communities, and creating programs that spark curiosity, connection, transformation and joy.
