Paul Belsito is Chief Communications and Engagement Officer at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where he leads communications, engagement, and storytelling in support of the School’s mission to advance education and opportunity for all learners.

Paul currently chairs the Board of Early Education and Care for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and has served in leadership roles on several nonprofit boards. He approaches leadership with humility, a deep respect for community perspectives, and a strong commitment to fostering meaningful connections and positive outcomes for children, families, and communities.

Paul has a personal connection to Kripalu, having participated in its nonprofit leadership retreat, an experience that deepened his understanding of mindful leadership and community-centered practice.
