Saima Siddiqi is a senior healthcare and nonprofit leader with more than 15 years of experience guiding strategy, operations, and organizational transformation across complex, mission-driven organizations. She has held senior leadership roles within national healthcare and financial services organizations, where she partnered closely with executive teams and boards to strengthen governance, operational performance, and long-term sustainability.

Saima builds and leads high-performing teams that are agile, results-oriented, and grounded in strong operational and financial discipline. Her expertise spans organizational change, people and culture, and performance management, with a focus on driving process improvement, financial efficiency, and community-centered impact. Her board and advisory experience includes supporting leadership during periods of growth, transition, and strategic realignment.

Her commitment to wellness and whole-person health is deeply personal. While supporting family members through serious medical challenges, yoga, meditation, and mindfulness became essential practices for resilience, presence, and healing. These experiences continue to shape her leadership philosophy and connection to Kripalu’s mission.
