The Breath of Life Course A Biodynamic Craniosacral Training

Kalish hero

SUPPORT THE BODY AND SPIRIT’S INNATE WISDOM

This introductory course invites you to explore the subtle currents of existence, cultivating a connection with inner self and outer world for healing. Through dynamic stillness and embodied felt sense, we learn to listen to the forces of natural healing and develop fluency in the language of the body.

Rooted in craniosacral biodynamics, we work with primary respiration and the breath of life, sensing rhythms, still-points, fulcrums, tides, and more. Through our hands we feel the movement and flow of bones, membranes, cerebrospinal fluid, and bioenergetics, offering the body an opportunity for gentle and deep releasing of constriction, tension, and trauma.

In this training, you will:

  • Build essential skills for grounding and centering in yourself.
  • Create safety and trust with others.
  • Increase potency in your touch and sensitivity in your awareness.

This work brings us home to the place of our intuition, insight, and inherent health, in support of the body and spirit’s innate wisdom.
