Adrian Bennett
Adrian Bennett is a musician, chef, and father. Over the last 14 years he has been both a drummer and a chef at Omega Institute and at Kripalu Center, where he served as Executive Chef for a time. A graduate of the Kripalu School of Ayurveda, Adrian is Kripalu’s demonstration chef as well as teaching kitchen faculty assistant. Adrian is currently a member of KDZ: The Kripalu Drummers and delivers workshops weekly at Kripalu in addition to drumming, teaching, and cooking with individuals, kids, and families throughout New England.
