  • Drawing Life from Your Dreams

Alberto Villoldo explains the significance of dreams in the shamanic tradition, and describes two exercises for cultivating lucid dreams.

  • Initiation as Illumination

Once, when I was doing research in the South American rainforest, the shaman I was with suggested that I spend a night alone at the sandy shore of a tributary of the Amazon River. His one instruction was not to build a fire.

  • Soul Journeying

By practicing soul retrieval with hundreds of clients over the last 20 years, I came to realize that deep healing could occur in the space of days and weeks rather than months and years.

  • What Is the Munay-Ki?

The prophecies of the ancient Americas speak about a period of great transformation, and foretell of new humans appearing on the planet—persons of wisdom and power who live free of fear and abide in their eternal nature, accepting stewardship for all creation.
