Andrea Lieberstein

Andrea Lieberstein, MPH, RDN, RYT, founder of the Mindful Eating Training Institute and bestselling author of the book, Well Nourished, is a mindful eating expert, speaker, internationally recognized yoga and meditation teacher trainer, dietitian nutritionist, and a champion for leading a well-nourished life. In her private practice, Andrea works with individuals to have more peace, balance and joy in their relationship with food, nutrition, body-image, and stress-related issues and health concerns. She spearheaded mind body programs at Kaiser Permanente Northern California centers for many years and has degrees from Stanford University and the University of California at Berkeley. Andrea is also contributing author to Resources for Teaching Mindfulness: An International Handbook, and The Relaxation and Stress Reduction Workbook (5th edition). Andrea has practiced mindfulness meditation and yoga since the mid-1980's, and is inspired daily by a regular yoga and meditation practice and the healing power of nature.
