Andrea Lieberstein, MPH, RD, RYT, is a registered dietitian nutritionist, mindfulness-based stress-reduction instructor, and mindful-eating coach. She leads mindful-eating trainings and retreats internationally, coaching and training professionals and the general public. In her private practice, Andrea works with individuals handling a wide range of disordered-eating, weight-management, body-image, and stress-related issues and health concerns. She directed mind/body/spirit programs at Kaiser Permanente San Francisco for many years, and is a contributing author to The Stress Reduction and Relaxation Training Workbook (5th edition) and Some Leaders are Born Women.
