Angie O'Donnell
Angie O’Donnell, MBA, is a certified executive coach and cofounder of 3D Leadership Group, a Boston-based leadership development firm. For 15 years, she has coached individuals and teams and her clients have included c-suite executives, physician leaders, scientists, engineers, entrepreneurs, and family owned businesses. In 2013, she was named New England Executive Coach of the Year by the International Coach Federation.
Angie’s professional background includes two expatriate assignments in Switzerland and Hong Kong with financial services firms, a director role on a derivatives trading floor, manufacturing experience with The Kendall Company, adult education roles with Bentley College, and completion of the management development program at the world’s leading restaurant: McDonald’s Corporation.
Angie has practiced yoga and meditation since 2001 and commits to a silent retreat every year. She completed the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program in 2012 and teaches mindfulness practices to clients who are open to the journey.
She received her MBA from Babson’s F. W. Olin Graduate School of Business and her BBA from the University of New Brunswick, Canada. She’s received coaching certifications from New Ventures West, Team Coaching International, and the Center for Creative Leadership. She lives in the Boston area with her husband and two daughters.
