Brandon Voss

Brandon Voss is director of operations and an instructor/consultant with The Black Swan Group. Since Black Swan’s inception in 2008, Brandon has established assessment procedures for new clients that take their unique situations and corporate culture into account so Black Swan’s approach can be customized to meet their needs. With a background in sales, Brandon was instrumental in adapting FBI hostage negotiation techniques to the business world. In addition to training clients, Brandon has guest lectured at the USC Marshall School of Business, the Georgetown McDonough School of Business, and Policy Innovators in Education.
