Brett Davidson

Brett Davidson is director of the media and narratives division of the Open Society Public Health Program, where his work focuses on changing long-held social narratives that impact public health. Previously, Brett was a media consultant in Southern and Eastern Africa, and before that he served as program manager at the South African democracy institute, Idasa, where he helped community radio stations develop participatory news and current affairs programming. He has also worked as a radio journalist, presenter, and producer at the South African Broadcasting Corporation. Brett holds a master’s in journalism and media studies.
