Bryan Kest

Bryan Kest is the creator of Power Yoga, a workout for body, mind, and spirit. He began practicing yoga at age 15 with David Williams, the first person to bring Ashtanga Yoga to the United States. For more than 40 years, Bryan has studied and practiced yoga and led more than 24,000 classes. He currently teaches and leads workshops, trainings, and retreats throughout the world.
