Craig Williamson

Craig Williamson, MSOT, has been a massage therapist, and then an occupational therapist, since 1980. He developed Williamson Muscular Retraining, an awareness-based pain therapy and movement re-education method. For 20 years he has taught a wide range of people including osteopathic physicians, massage therapists, yoga and Pilates teachers, musicians, and artistic performers. Craig runs an independent practice in Portland, Maine, specializing in ongoing pain problems, and is also an adjunct faculty member at the University of Southern Maine. He is the author of Muscular Retraining for Pain-Free Living.
