Deborah McElligott

Deborah McElligott, DNP, Integrative Nurse Coach, uses her acute-care nurse practitioner experience to facilitate health promotion and healing through a coaching lens with clients, nurses, and institutions. She has conducted research, presented locally and internationally, and published research in the areas of integrative therapies, health promotion, healing, and Integrative Nurse Coaching. She currently works at Northwell’s Center for Wellness and Integrative Medicine and serves on the faculty at the Hofstra-Northwell School of Medicine and the International Nurse Coach Association.
