Elaine O'Brien

Elaine O’Brien, PhD, MAPP, is a forerunner in the fields of Positive Psychology, lifestyle medicine, positive aging, and fitness science. Elaine celebrates embodiment and positive relationships via her positive energy breaks and with applied research in community movement programs, such as Move2Love/FitDance, serving vibrant seniors for more than 20 years. An inspiring speaker, dance/fitness instructor, educator, choreographer, and author, Elaine has presented for the American Psychological Association, and leads workshops at the International, Canada, Chinese, and European Positive Psychology Conferences. Elaine aims her doctoral training in the psychology of human movement/kinesiology, and her master’s in applied Positive Psychology toward helping to elevate, educate, and move people toward health, well-being, and more love.
