Gail Parker, PhD, C-IAYT, E-RYT 500, is a psychologist and faculty member at the Beaumont School of Yoga Therapy, where she teaches aspiring yoga therapists how to use yoga as a strategy for reducing stress and alleviating emotional trauma.
