Haemin Sunim

Haemin Sunim, a Zen Buddhist teacher, writer, and founder of the School of Broken Hearts in Seoul, South Korea, is author of The Things You Can See Only When You Slow Down and Love for Imperfect Things. Born in South Korea and educated at Berkeley, Harvard, and Princeton, he received formal monastic training from the Haein monastery in South Korea and taught Asian religions at Hampshire College in Massachusetts for seven years. He is one of the most influential Zen monks in the world, with more than 1.5 million followers on social media. His books have been translated into more than 35 different languages and sold more than five million copies.
