Jamee Culbertson

Jamee Culbertson is a senior instructor of Mantak Chia’s Universal Tao and a certified Alexander Technique practitioner. Jamee teaches at the Boston Conservatory at Berklee College and the Boston School of Taoist Practices, as well as at Harvard Medical School’s Osher Research Center, where she helped create the curriculum for a study that evaluated the safety and effectiveness of tai chi and meditative breathing for improving exercise capacity, psychological wellbeing, and quality of life in individuals with heart failure and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Jamee has also taught tai chi in the Home Base program, a partnership between the Boston Red Sox and Massachusetts General Hospital that helps post-9/11 service members, veterans, and their families heal from the invisible wounds of war.
