Jay Gregory, PhD, has been practicing clinical psychology for more than two decades. For the past 16 years, he has been in private practice working with anxiety disorders and doing couples therapy. He combines a large repertoire of skills, ranging from Cognitive Behavior Therapy to Emotionally Focused Therapy to the psychology of yoga. Jay is an enthusiastic proponent of yoga’s many tools and cofacilitates workshops with Sarahjoy Marsh on yoga and love, yoga and addiction, and the life skills of yoga, blending the best of Western psychotherapeutic approaches with the tools of yogic living.
