For the past 10 years, Jeanne has been focused on healing eating issues across the spectrum. Her book, Unburdened Eating: An IFS approach to Healing Your Relationships with Food and Your Body, focuses on healing the cultural legacy burdens that keep people from having self-led relationships with their bodies.
