Katy Bowman

Katy Bowman, biomechanist, movement teacher, and best-selling author of eight books, including Move Your DNA and Dynamic Aging, has educated hundreds of thousands of people on movement’s role in the body and world. Passionate about human movement outside of exercise, Katy volunteers her time to support the reintegration of movement into human lives via movement courses across widely varying demographics and works with non-profits promoting nature education. She directs and teaches at the Nutritious Movement Center Northwest in Washington state, has an award-winning podcast, Katy Says, and spends as much time as possible moving outside with her young family.
