
Kimberly Phillips
Kimberly Phillips is a healer, dancer, and choreographer with more than 10 years of training in Cuban and Haitian folkloric dance. Based in Canton, Ohio, she is the founder and artistic director of Banyan Dance Theater, a traditional and synthesized Caribbean dance company. She has danced and taught professionally for national and international theaters, workshops, and intensives in Oakland, New York City, Europe, and the Caribbean. Kimberly is an initiate of Afro-Cuban Lucumí and is passionate about sharing the healing power of this tradition through dance and song.
