Kirsten Adelia Collins

Kirsten Adelia Collins, LMSW, RYT, is a clinical therapist at the Beacon Program, a private practice in midtown Manhattan dedicated to the treatment of eating disorders. Kirsten trained in dialectical behavior therapy at Columbia University’s School of Social Work, and has been a certified yoga instructor since 2005. She has taught at Pure Yoga, YogaWorks, and Om Factory in New York City, and believes that yoga is an important tool for healing in mental health.
