Kirti Srivastava

Kirti Srivastava, RYT 500, is an educator whose mission is to use arts integration, project-based learning, and mindfulness to provide students and families a well-rounded and holistic approach honoring the whole child. She has also been a dancer and performer for more 20 years and is trained in classical Indian, West African, Afro Brazilian, and Hip Hop dance styles. With a master’s in education and her background in the arts, Kirti uses her own experiences as a student, teacher, and leader to create learning experiences in which participants learn by doing. Kirti believes that all learning begins with an intimate understanding and respect for ourselves and our unique abilities. From this awareness, we can then approach all learning opportunities from a place of celebration, abundance, and a natural interest. This practice has since been incorporated in schools Kirti has worked with as well as in her own practice as a movement medicine instructor and wellness trainer.
