Kris Fondran (Jignasu Karunadhara)

Kris Fondran (Jignasu Karunadhara), E-RYT 500, RYCT, YACEP, has been a student of Satyananda Yoga® for more 20 years. As a lecturer at Cleveland State University, she has provided thousands of students, faculty, and staff with practices of asana, pranayama, and meditation to wake up to their full potential with increased self-awareness, less stress, and more focus. Kris is also involved in research studies showing the undeniable benefits of yoga and exercise. When not on a yoga mat, she can be found teaching the yogic concepts of body and breath awareness to athletes. Kris is an educational specialist for various skating companies and is the developer of the Mobile Yoga Workout and codeveloper of Shapeshifter Yoga.
