Krishna Kaur
Krishna Kaur, E-RYT, has been teaching the art and science of Kundalini Yoga and self-awareness since 1970. A dynamic, heart-centered teacher and teacher trainer, she is certified by the 3HO Foundation and the Kundalini Research Institute. She is the training coordinator for Kundalini Yoga in Africa, and teaches extensively throughout Europe, Mexico, South America, and India as well as the United States and Canada. Krishna studied directly with Yoga Bhajan for more than 40 years, and established the first Kundalini Yoga Center, in South Central Los Angeles, in 1971. She is also the founder of Y.O.G.A. for Youth, a nonprofit organization that takes yoga to underserved communities.
