Lauren Hanna, MSW, is the director of Sonic Yoga in New York City. Inspired by her teacher, Shiva Rea, she has been guiding students and training teachers for more than 15 years. Lauren is the creator of Sacred Fertility Yoga and the founder of the Fresh Foundation.
