She has also taught creative writing at Columbia University and NYU. Lee is also a vocalist and recording artist, specializing in healing mantras from the Tibetan Buddhist and Sowa Rigpa traditions. She is the author of the memoir Rex and the City: A Memoir of a Woman, about life in NYC with a rescued hunting dog. Her aspiration is to help empower others, especially women, to learn how to heal themselves by addressing the root causes at the level of the subtle body.
