Swami Swarupananda

Lisa Bergly Pearson (Swami Swarupananda), C-IAYT, E-RYT 500, was ordained in Kriya Yoga in 2009, and later that year opened Spirit of the Lake Yoga in Excelsior, Minnesota. After completing her yoga therapy training with Inner Peace Yoga Therapy in 2012, she served as a facilitator for the training program. Lisa combines the spiritual teachings of yoga with therapeutic techniques, practices, and rituals. As a Pain Care Yoga teacher, she guides teachers and professionals to explore the interrelationship of suffering, unconditional love, and self-compassion, and to integrate their discoveries into practical solutions for health professionals and patients.
