Lizzie Salsich

Lizzie Salsich is a yoga teacher, spiritual director, and community organizer based in St. Louis, Missouri. She leads classes, workshops, and retreats on embodiment, sacred rest, and ritual practice in the St. Louis area and at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health. She holds a bachelor’s degree in religious studies and is trained in yoga, qigong, sacred dance, and other forms of contemplative and mystical practice. Lizzie is passionate about sharing these life-giving tools with her community and committed to cultivating sacred spaces for healing, connection, rest, and renewal. She trained with her aunt Catherine Calderon from a young age and now finds great joy in carrying on her work.
